Your private data is encrypted here in your browser, remains encrypted in transit, and is stored encrypted using your private account key. Verv IAM does not set cookies and does not access your private account data.

Make a secure note of your password and PIN. Together with your account number, they are required when signing in.

More security information Verv IAM security includes token validation, daily key rotation, field-level encryption and protection against network credential exposure.

Private information is not exposed in clear text after it leaves your browser. It is stored encrypted within a secured cloud secrets vault protected by a Software Defined Perimeter.

Multi-factor authentication is required for access to Verv Stock configuration. Authentication expires after 24 hours for security purposes.

More Information Access security includes token validation, daily key rotation, field level encryption and no network credential exposure. It is metered at $0.85 per user endpoint access charged directly to your AWS account. Data is stored securely encrypted in the AWS cloud, with encryption key rotated daily.

Sign in to configure the account requires Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), and is not metered. Sign in to Verv IAM expires after 24 hours for security purposes.                            close

**Important**: This updates the Verv IAM VPN configuration. Note when a VPN sign in is required, a VPN client must be installed and configured before you can sign into the account. You cannot configure your VPN unless you have first set up your VPN Client.

Instructions for configuration of VPN to sign in to your Verv IAM Account

Verv IAM requires an OpenVPN client. We recommend AWS OpenVPN Client 3.0.0 or later

VPN Configuration Guide:
    1. Your VPN username is your AccountID@verviam.directory.com e.g. VP1234567890@verviam.directory.com. Copy and save your password.
    2. Save your VPN username and VPN password in a text file with the first line containing the username and the second line the password e.g. login.txt .

    3. Download and install AWS OpenVPN Client for your device operating system
    4. Download and save your VerviamVPN.ovpn configuration file. This is the configuration file required by your VPN Client.
    5. Change the Verv IAM VPN config file with the line auth-user-pass "c:\\my-config-directory\\login.txt". Note Windows requires double backslash.
    6. Download and save your VPN client certificate e.g. "c:\\my-config-directory\\client1.domain.tld.crt".
    7. Change the Verv IAM VPN config file with the line --cert. Note Windows requires a double backslash.
    8. Download and save your VPN client key e.g. "c:\\my-config-directory\\client1.domain.tld.key".
    9. Change the Verv IAM VPN config line --key. Note that Windows requires a double backslash.
    10. Configure your downloaded VPN client to use your saved Verv IAM VPN configuration file - VerviamVPN.ovpn
    11. Connect to the VPN. You must be signed into the VPN before you can sign in to the Configure Users, Account Profile and Portal pages.
